Do I have to pay any fees to get a job with NCS?

  • No - none at all.


How do I apply for a job?

  • If there is no related job position, you may directly deposit your resume at the bottom of  "Career" page. 


How secure is my resume information?

  • Only NCS administrators have full access to your resume.
  • Your resume will be kept strictly confidential at all times.


What does it mean to be on contract?

  • You sign an employment contract with NCS and work for NCS at our client's site for a specific period, with renewal upon notice.
  • You will be reporting to and working for our client, but your salary and benefits will be administered by NCS.


Why should I work on contract?

  • On contract, you can experience working in an MNC environment rather than committing to a permanent job and deciding to quit months later. A record of completed contracts with MNCs is superior on the resume than a series of short-term stints ended by resignation. Employers will perceive you as being more reliable, savvy in the latest technological standards, and you also gain solid, hands-on experience working with professionals in world-class corporations.
  • NCS contracting can be either long- or short-term. Contract renewal is usually based on your job performance and project needs.
  • NCS has planned and manages its placement system so you can focus purely on your job, without worrying about extraneous matters, administrative issues, or job ambiguity.

How much pay do I get?

  • All pay is based on prevailing market rates. We do not leverage candidates to accept noball salaries. In the event of overtime, 100% of overtime pay goes direct to you—we do not deduct any commission from overtime pay.


Will I receive my EPF & Socso while working on contract?

  • Yes.


Can I become a permanent employee after working on contract for a while?

  • Yes you can, and there have been many such cases.
  • Of course, becoming permanent depends on certain conditions such as your work record, performance, and client needs.
